Classes
Sangha Night
Tuesday evenings from:
12th January to 30th March and 20th April to 13th July, 7:30pm till approx. 9:45pm
Please phone or email for details of the venue.
This is our main class of the week. We start with a 40-50 minute meditation session followed by a tea break and then a teaching/discussion period in the second half. We usually recommend people to have attended an introductory course prior to coming on a Tuesday but if this is difficult then please phone us and we will do our best to accommodate you. There is no charge for the evening, but please give what you can to help us cover our costs. We suggest a donation of between £3 and £6
